Requirements:
• 3D printer with minimum build area of 240 × 160 mm
• PETG filament recommended
• Basic assembly hardware

Printing Instructions

1. Inner Housing (Base Frame)
• Pause the print at layer 60 to insert nuts
• Recommended hardware:
– 4× M6 nylon lock nuts
– 4× M6 flat head screws
• Screw length depends on wall thickness
• 30 mm screws were used in the reference setup

Required magnets:
• 4× Neodymium disc magnets
• Size: Ø15 × 3 mm
• Strength: approx. 3.7 kg holding force
• Type: N52 nickel-plated

2. Flush Button
Recommended print settings:
• 5 bottom layers
• 5 top layers
• 4 wall loops

Optional:
• Bottom layers can be disabled to improve silicone adhesion

Material recommendation:
• PETG for strength and flexibility
