High-quality stainless steel (inox) elements are used to ensure durability and long-lasting performance. The combination of 3D-printed components and stainless steel provides both design flexibility and reliable functionality.
Installation is straightforward with the included self-adhesive template. For proper functionality, there must be at least a 30mm distance between the Sigma cistern and the inner edge of the tile. Ensure that tiles are installed over the Geberit flush tank before marking the center. While the tiles are being installed and the flush tank is visible, mark the center of the Geberit Sigma flush system on the tile. Once the tiles are in place, apply the self-adhesive template onto the desired tile and carefully cut along the marked lines using an angle grinder to maintain pattern alignment. After the opening is cut, remove material from each corner on the inside using the grinder. Secure the corners of the frame with silicone and allow the silicone to fully cure before proceeding.
The magnetic flush plate attaches to the corner holders. The upper corners are identical, while the lower corners are labeled L and R. The connecting rod aligns the guide system for the original Geberit push rod that controls the water flush. Most components are pre-assembled for easy installation. The kit includes all 3D-printed parts, additional screws, and a cutting template for precise tile adjustments. An optional DXF file for water jet cutting the tiles is also available upon request.
If you purchase only the 3D-printed base, the package includes only the base without push rods. Push rods for Sigma or Delta need to be ordered separately.
The kit includes everything you need for installation and customization, including a tile cutting kit with five 50mm diamond blades and a compatible rod for precise tile cutting, ensuring a perfect fit. Additionally, the kit includes a custom removal tool for easy flush plate maintenance.
