Compatible Batteries

The Milwaukee M12 Battery Holder STL is designed for Milwaukee M12 batteries using the standard M12 battery connection.

Compatible battery sizes include:

• Milwaukee M12 2Ah battery

• Milwaukee M12 3Ah battery

• Milwaukee M12 4Ah battery

Compatibility may vary with third-party or aftermarket batteries that do not use the exact dimensions of the original Milwaukee battery interface.

Installation

The printed Milwaukee M12 battery holder can be mounted:

• Underneath workshop shelves

Mounting screws are not included because the correct screws depend on the wall, shelf, or mounting surface being used.

Always use suitable screws and wall plugs for the selected mounting surface.

Recommended Materials

• ASA – suitable for demanding environments and increased temperature resistance

PETG is recommended for most workshop, garage, and service vehicle applications.

• Infill: 30%

• Top Layers: 4

• Bottom Layers: 4

• Supports: Not required

• Print Orientation: Use the orientation shown in the included printing instructions

For ABS or ASA, a heated enclosure and brim may be required depending on your printer and material.

The recommended settings are a reliable starting point. Final settings may need to be adjusted depending on your printer, nozzle size, filament, and slicer.
