3D Printed Tile-In Flush Button – Compatible with Geberit Sigma, Delta & TECE

Transform your bathroom with a premium 3D-printed tile-in flush plate designed to blend seamlessly into your tiled wall for a clean, modern, and minimalist appearance. By attaching tiles directly onto the flush plate surface, the system creates an almost invisible finish that integrates perfectly with contemporary bathroom designs.

The construction combines durable 3D-printed components with high-quality stainless steel (inox) elements, ensuring long-lasting performance, precision fitment, and reliable everyday use.

Installation is designed to be straightforward and installer-friendly. The included self-adhesive cutting template helps achieve accurate tile alignment and precise openings. For proper functionality, a minimum distance of 30 mm between the cistern and the inner edge of the tile is required.

Before tiling, mark the center position of the flush system while the cistern remains visible. Once the tiles are installed, apply the included template and carefully cut the opening using suitable tile cutting tools such as:

• Angle grinder with diamond cutting blade
• Rotary engraving or milling tool for ceramic and porcelain tiles
• Diamond core drill bits for circular openings

To achieve the best result, carefully finish the inner corners from the inside of the tile opening. The frame corners should be secured using silicone or PU adhesive and allowed to fully cure before final assembly.

The magnetic flush plate mounts securely onto the corner holders. The upper corner pieces are identical, while the lower holders are marked L and R for easy installation. A precision connecting rod aligns with the original flush mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable flushing performance.
